Huge thanks to the regular crew, and a massive shoutout to all the men who showed up for the first time tonight. ​Walking into a new space isn't easy, especially when its anything around mental health, hard chats, support, community and vunerability. After tonight's mens circle Our biggest one yet I leave feeling lighter. More aware of the issues in my life, But more calm about them too. Throwback to our final Men’s BBQ for 2025, with 17 men coming through over the course of the morning. It’s been a great year for our BBQs. Friendships have formed, hundreds of sausages have been eaten, and a genuine sense of community has grown.
