Tonight's circle done, thank you to all the Blokes that showed up for themselves and for others.

This is a space where men can check out of the noise and check in with each other, and their own feelings.

It’s not complicated, but it works. When you take the time to show up for yourself and actually listen to others, you walk out feeling lighter.
