Bayswater Blokes Workshop

This workshop is dedicated to exploring how our relationships with family members, friends, work colleagues and most importantly ourselves, shape our wellbeing and outlook on life.

Our workshops are hands-on sessions where we learn practical ways to solve them. In this session, we will focus on:  

• Unpacking how your personal beliefs about relationships actually shape the way you interact with the people around you.

• Gaining hands-on tools to navigate life's challenges, sort through your emotional wellbeing, and build greater clarity and connection.

We are stoked to have Paul Judd leading this session. Paul is the founder of Third Space Counselling, a practice focused on helping people navigate relationships, emotional wellbeing, and life’s challenges with greater clarity and connection. He is a registered counselling professional who brings real lived experience and a down-to-earth approach to the table.
